30-day glow guarantee
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
How refunds work
- Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item(s)
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and reviewed
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it's processed
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll resolve it at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because we ship within 24 hours, we can only guarantee changes to orders that haven't shipped yet.
